Hermitage Club Happenings!

Pre-Opening Gala

At The Hermitage Club

What an event!!  Our club opened to the Membership Friday Evening and all I can see is “WOW”.

From the moment you pulled up to the front of the clubhouse you knew something special was about to happen. Valet to your car, strobe lights rolling, lanterns aglow, and smiles just abound.

Upon entry you are greeted with the six foot, four sided fireplace and just is more than you have ever seen. Overstuffed chairs and couches just screaming “have a seat, relax you’re at the club”.

The room was just abuzz with energy that is rarely felt. Everyone just looking around in amazement and best of all our founder, Jim Barnes, was having the most fun and enjoyment of all.  The food, drinks, service, and attention to detail was even more than I expected, and honestly, I expected a lot.

Every component of what the vision of the Hermitage Club was to be came to fruition.  Oh and just for the record, this was the soft opening evening.

Gala night with Rob Thomas at the

Hermitage Club

Upon arrival you knew, tonight’s the night.  Our three new Mercedes Autobahn vans were sprinkling for all of Membership to have a look inside. The entryway was decorated to perfection with Foliage décor that was gorgeous. Now you enter to an amazing transformation from Friday night’s soft opening to a stations with every possible food you could think of and then some.  With everyone having arrived Jim said a few words and within minutes, a private concert with Rob Thomas.  Two hours later, after a just fantastic concert with a few very personal touches to it…. Lights up, and food service and stations start again.

Not sure there is perfection, but what I do know if that I got to experience as close as it comes in one perfect evening.

Sunday Brunch anyone

What else would you do but brunch after the last to evening’s.  Again, stations of just unlimited choices that made it hard to stop.   Games on the six TV’s above the bar, Bloody Mary and Mimosas flowing, and how about a chairlift ride to the top to enjoy the perfect weather and breathtaking views.  If you would like we were also do tours of the 80,000. Square foot building just so you could get a full feel for all that was yet to come.  Not enough? Take one of the ATV’s and buzz around the mountain for quick perspective on what the trails offer for the upcoming season.

See you in December!!
